RETURNS & REFUNDS

Size Exchanges or Change-of-Mind Returns

Every FÆME tee is printed to order. Under Article 16 (c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. Once production begins we cannot accept returns for wrong size or buyer’s remorse.

12-HOUR EDIT WINDOW

Need to cancel or adjust a size? Email support@faeme.org within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll update the print ticket before it hits the press.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If your tee arrives mis-printed, damaged or we ship the wrong item, send clear photos within seven days of delivery. We will reprint and reship at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

ADDRESS ERRORS & UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Packages returned to sender (incorrect address, unclaimed, customs refused) can be re-shipped once additional postage is paid. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not refundable.

REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within five business days and are confirmed by email.
