the basics

these terms cover your use of faeme.org and anything you buy from us. by browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. if you do not agree, do not use the site.

faeme is an independent streetwear label. our pieces are made to order, produced on demand, then shipped to you.

orders and pricing

placing an order is an offer to buy. we confirm it by email, and once your piece is produced and shipped, the sale is complete. we can refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed in error, a price is wrong, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. if we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

prices show in the currency you select and can change at any time. we do our best to show colours and detail accurately, but screens vary, and small differences in print and fabric are part of made to order production, not a fault.

drops and availability

faeme runs in drops. some pieces are part of a permanent core and some are released for a limited window. when a drop closes, it closes. we do not restock limited pieces, and availability can change without notice.

shipping, returns, and refunds

intellectual property

the faeme name, the logo, the graphics, the copy, and the designs on this site are ours and are protected. wear the pieces, share them, tag us. you may not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs or branding for commercial use without written permission.

using the site

do not use the site to break the law, interfere with how it runs, or misuse other people's information. we can limit or close access if it is abused.

liability

we sell the pieces as described and stand behind them. beyond that, and as far as the law allows, faeme is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using the site or wearing the product. nothing here removes the rights you have under consumer law.

changes

we may update these terms as the brand grows. the version on this page is the one that applies, so check back from time to time.
