how it works

every faeme piece is made to order. nothing sits in a warehouse. when you place an order, your piece is printed and finished, then sent to you. it costs a few extra days and it means no overstock and no waste.

production

orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days before they ship. during a drop close or a busy release this can run a little longer. you get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves.

shipping

we ship across the eu and worldwide. after production, delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days inside the eu and 6 to 14 business days for the rest of the world. these are estimates, not guarantees, and customs in your country can add time.

shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it is going. any import duties or taxes outside the eu are the responsibility of the receiver.

returns

if a piece is not right for you, you have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return. it needs to come back unworn, unwashed, and with the tags on, in its original condition.

to start one, email hello@faeme.org with your order number and we will send the return details. return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived faulty or wrong. once we receive and check it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

faulty or wrong items

if your order turns up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, that is on us. email hello@faeme.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort a replacement or a full refund, return shipping included.
