DISPATCH TIMES

Made to order. Each FÆME tee is printed on demand and production starts shortly after checkout.

Most orders dispatch in 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri). During drops, sales, or holidays, please allow 5–7 business days.

You’ll get a tracking email when the shipping label is created. The first carrier scan can take 24–48 hours to appear.

TRANSIT & RATES

EU Domestic (printed in LV or ES):
2–5 business days · €5 flat

UK (printed in country):
2–5 business days · £5 flat

US (printed in country):
3–7 business days · $6 flat

Rest of World (usually ships from EU hub):
7–14 business days · €10 flat

Transit times are estimates in business days and come from the carriers. Orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost.

DUTIES & TRACKING

Orders delivered within the EU, UK, and US are produced domestically whenever possible and typically do not incur import fees. Customers in other regions are responsible for any local duties, VAT, or import charges.

All orders are fully tracked. If your tracking shows “Pre-Shipment” for more than 48 hours, it simply means the parcel hasn’t had its first physical scan yet.

Address edits: email support@faeme.org with your order number. We can usually update addresses within the first 12 hours; after production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Late / lost / damaged: If there’s no movement for 7 days (EU/UK/US) or 14 days (ROW), or an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and make it right.
